I didn`t know pups of 10 weeks could go to classes? I`ve never had a dog that young so am interested. I`d have thought this was too young to teach much except maybe basic handling & start house training? How old do they usually start puppy classes?

normaly my pups start with me from around 13 weeks, depending on when there clear from injections, it sounds a bit to me like the vet has a set view on the breed, or hes on commision from the trainer lol

Maddy started puppy class and ring craft at 11 weeks, first jab at 8wks, second at 10 and they let her in a week after that.

Their only stipulation was that she was fully jabbed for puppy class, there were pups there as young as 10 weeks.

again much depends on when the new owner gets there pups, if its six weeks pups will be much younger in PC, if its 8/9 or 10 weeks they will be older,

my own vet doesnt like to do rottie jags untill at least 8 weeks and he likes to leave a bit more than two weeks between the first and second jag due to there weekness for parvo.

so much depends on the breed/vet and age you get your pup.

Ohhhhhhhhh I know who you are now!

My advise would have been the same as has already been suggested and get her thoroughly checked by a vet, I don't know how much you want to say about her start in life but would help people to know that it wasn't the best start a pup could have (before you got her).

She's a lovely pup I have seen pictures from Elaine, from what Elaine said I wouldn't be surprised if she was mistreated before you got her sadly.
