It states very clearly if the property has gas on the particulars Barry as it is very posh if you live in a village with gas.
Been there done that with the camping toilet when first living here when we had no loo at all if we had a power cut and when the macerator as we thought had broken and it hadn't all the pipes were indeed blocked.

EPC man gone thank goodness. Not a brilliant rating bottom of the league even with the new windows and door plus boiler and fuse board etc.,. It is apparently because it is so old they have no idea what is behind the walls for insulation or under the floors there certainly won't be like nowadays insulation then mud probably in our case just mud.
I know we are built on floating foundations. Then again the original bit of the cottage has amazingly thick walls. Unlike anything you would buy today and it has stood for around 300 years.

Lynn looking at the particulars and where the bathroom upstairs is situated then the fact the utility is directly underneath the possibility of a downstairs loo looks very good to me a boyfriend long ago was a plumber and one of his first questions was where is the current loo in relation to where they want one.....his mantra was a loo is possible anywhere if you have the money...............

I think it is a strong possibility Kazz. Gorden felt from looking at the floorplan it was possible.
Mark will soon be able to confirm tomorrow when he views with me and if it's yes to it then I will booking a second viewing for gorden to look he gets home sometime Friday.

Did you get the bush cut down ?

Had to rush Kota to the vet with a big swelling on her neck, I had given piriton in case it was a sting and metacam... didn't go down so off to the vet, she has to go back next Wednesday and if it's not hugely improved she has to go in for an aspiration, she has an antibiotic 2times a day so just hoping it goes down

I bet. Maybe something has bitten Kota, not sure piriton would help that necessarily. They help irritation and stings but sometimes depending on the insect that bit they might not always work like we expect them to.
Also maybe Kota was bitten or stung a day or two ago and if Kota wasn't bothered by it you wouldn't of noticed it.

I would have deffo noticed as it is bigger than a golf ball.. getting on for tennis ball sized. The vet doesn't think a sting or bite but that it's her lymph gland...he said as it came up so quick and she is a young dog he would hope it's not cancerous
