First Agility Competition with my Golden

I entered my golden retriever in our local clubs agility competition this weekend. He's not normally that bothered about it, but I go quite slowly round the course in class, this time though I wanted a bit of speed and excitement from him and he flew round ! We made a few mistakes, but they were my fault. We've just finished the beginner course and found this pic on the net, it's the only one I've got of him at the moment, but will get some more next weekend.

If he is`nt usually fussed either way at class, thats probably because you are concentrating so much that you are not giving out much excitement - for the competition you had that extra `spark` which gave him a spark too - so thats your answer there

Love the piccy, that is one very happy smiley doglet, its exactly what agility is supposed to be all about for the dogs
