Tillie, DOB 2013, Female, Border Collie.

Tillie Border Collie DOB 2013 Godstone Kenns

Tillie needs a supportive family who can enable her to embrace life and relax when out on her walks, meeting dogs. Tillie needs to build tolerance to her own company (only been assessed with her separated within a multi dog household during post spay recovery). Tillie has 'Collie intelligence' and would appreciate a training regime and may even progress to ability. NB Our Rescue asks owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces and manage encounters, as dog law changes place dog's lives at greater risk.

Video Of Tillie

Known background: Found abandoned/ Stray unchipped and unclaimed in a Northern Pound. Tillie is now neutered, chipped and under going vaccination. Tillie is currently in boarding kennels near Godstone.

About Tillie: Easy to manage responsive little girl. Tillie needs further socialisation so she learns to relax when out walking can be a bit barky. She walks well on the lead enjoying the full scope of the extender lead. Still to gain self-confidence, Tillie does settle alongside other dogs but her attention is focused on her people. Ideally Tillie needs a family who have regular doggie walking friends, this will help Tillie mature in this area.

Tillie is a small approx.18 month old Border Collie with a soft fur and sweet pretty features. Tillie has adoration her eyes, engaging with her handler. We are puzzled as to how this sweet, largely unskilled yet very responsive and trainable girl ended up in Rescue. Time to find her rightful owners who can shape her through into a steadier and more grounded girl in terms of her skills...Sweetness she has in heaps already.
