Billy is an 18-month-old German Shepherd, who is looking for a new home because his owners felt they couldn’t cope with his bouncy nature and no longer had the time to look after him properly.

Lovable Billy didn’t receive the basic training and socialisation a young dog needs; He is nervous of meeting new people and will bark at those who approach him too quickly. He has been quick to socialise with other dogs and actively enjoys their company. He has now learnt basic commands, is well behaved and responsive but does require further basic training. He is currently learning manners. Sadly he had never been given toys to play with so is only now starting to learn about games, quickly realising how much fun there is to be had. Fetch being a firm favourite.

Billy’s new owners will have owned and trained GSD’s before and will be willing to take him to training classes. A lively and playful dog who loves going for his daily hour long off-lead walks in the park, he would make an ideal jogging partner. He would happily live with another dog, any children in the household will be 16 years and upwards. He will need an active home where someone is around for most of the day.

Billy is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.
