HELP!!!!!!!

This morning, our english teacher told me I had to make a presentation for the class. But thats not the trouble.

First, I have to get it ready for next week on Thursday. Second I've never spoken in front of the class and I'm scared (though I can show dogs no problem, and help teach in the dog training classes, and be on here ), well, petrified is more the word, cause I was singled out to do it cause I'm a native english speaker . And third, its about the english school system and the differences between it and the Swiss system. And there lies the problem. I have NO idea HOW it works. Sure I know some things, and my dads been giving me suggestions, but he was last in school 50 years ago.

So, I'm asking you.....no....... begging you (with bended knees but you can't see ), can those of you currently in school, and those of you with children in school, please help me.

I've got tons of questions

ok, first........

When do they go to school?
When do they have lunch break, and how much does it cost?
What are the full range of grades (A, B, C,....ect.)
When do they finish school.
How much PE do they get a week, and do they have interschool competitions?
Is there a age from which they don't need to go to school any more?

What age to they go to school from?
Do you go to collect them, or must they come home via their own steam?
And this may be a long shot but hey! Do any of you have a copy of an origional (sp?) report card?
How often do tests come (generally)
When are school hols and for how long?

okay Kate this is my input.

Nursery - age 3 some go in the morning some in the afternoon. Those with single parents and children with learning difficulties go all day.

Reception class - age 4 Start at 9am finish at 3pm.

Lunch break is 12 till 1 and the dinners cost £1-40

Not sure on the grades

Mine get PE once a week

Finish full-time educationl at 16/17

I take mine to school and collect them.

I may have a letter here somewhere with 2004/2005 holidays on

Hope this helps u a little Kate
