Sympathy please!

Went to Bradford yesterday to take part in the recording of the latest live album by Abundant Life Church. Took sandwiches with us and took a bite of a bun when ping, out fell a crown, right in a prominent position too! So anyone buying the new album will have a good laugh at me with a lovely gap in the bottom teeth! No dont think the cameras caught us really, but its so uncomfortable as i dont have the best of teeth, having a mixture of corwns false and few remaining of my own, why do these things happen at important times! So today got to get new lens in glasses, shopping to do and now visit the dentist if i can get fitted in, otherwise walking the streets here not smiling or talking to folk. (up here in the north we are a frioendly bunch and pass the time of day at bus stops, lifts and so on) my in laws from down south think we are nuts doing so, talking to strangers!

So sympathy please please.

I lost a front tooth crown at work and still had to go to the formal supper and eat with 250 people (and breakfast)

The temp. crown that was later fitted by the dentist kept falling out, you can buy a tempory crown kit (quite expensive) I resorted to dental chewing gum to block the hole until the proper crown was ready and now always keep some in stock for emergencies
