Toby Siberian Husky male
Meet
Toby
Toby is a 2-year-old Siberian Husky who is looking for a new home because his owners moved into a property that doesn’t allow pets.
Toby is a very sweet and affectionate boy who is friendly with everyone he meets and loves to give and receive affection. He is toilet trained and can be left alone for a few hours without problems providing he has plenty of chews and toys to play with. He knows basic commands and is very intelligent and this, coupled with the fact that he is eager to learn, will make him rewarding and delightful to train. His particular training needs mainly relate to puppy-hood, bouncy and lively, he still jumps up to say ‘Hello’ and when over-excited pulls on the lead. His new owners will be expected to put the time in to teach him manners and take him to training classes.
Toby is very friendly with other dogs of all sizes and enjoys meeting up with them on walks. He also loves to play with Kongs and a ball on a rope, but will actually play with anything you give him. He enjoys being stroked all over, especially tummy rubs – this makes Toby go all soppy. His favourite treats are raw bones. A happy and playful dog who is now looking for a new home with someone who will make sure he gets one to two hours of off-lead daily exercise and at least one hour of one-to-one playtime every day. A new home with someone who is experienced with dogs, ideally Husky types. He is good with children of all ages - he could live with toddlers providing they were used to large bouncy dogs. He would benefit from living with another female dog.
Toby is looking is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.
