Yes, those bizarre bat-shaped pointy ears and just gorgeous!! who cares about the dog? I mean, the dog must love having half of it's ear removed and going through months of pain and discomfort. But it is all about the end result don't cha know?! gorgeous.

No, it isn't but I don't think it's okay to do that.

You apparently feel it's fine to inflict pain for a dog to look a certain way. That's definitely NOT okay in many dog lovers opinions. Hence the banning of such a cruel practice

And yeah, I honestly can't think that any sane person would sit down and say "I am going to have half of my dogs ears cut of, bandage them up so they stand unnaturally and put him through months of pain because they look 'stunning'". When you start putting disgusting desires for 'beauty' and 'perfection' before the welfare of the dog, it is cruelty.
