Kazz...

Could you please come round to our house and explain to Saffy that she shouldn't bark when somebody comes to the door?

Murphy was exactly the same... However, he was no guard dog... The one time we were broken into he didn't wake up. Now you're probably thinking he just didn't hear them... Well they broke in by kicking in the door and he was in the next room! It was only the sight of our flatmate standing naked in front of them that scared the burglars away

An excellent article, well done!

Graeme

Hi Graeme I am so pleased you liked the article I wa concerned to put it midly that no one would like it.

And I didn't say all staffs are not guard dogs - my two are certainly decent watch/guard dogs. But the majority are not - or so I am led to believe - never having owned the majority.

Take care and glad you liked it. Karen

Really enjoyed reading your article
My 3 definitely prove you right, they never bark when people come to the door or just walk in, and only occasionally bark at any strange noises.
