Poor poor girl She was doing so well too! I hope with all my heart that the person responsible for this rots in hell.

Her ordeal has united the animal welfare campaign in Malta and brought signs of great progress. How sad it took something this awful.

Just read the first two lines of that article and had to stop reading, as actually think I might throw up in a second.

People who can torture dogs in that way are not human, nor humane. They deserve no mercy.

When will beautiful, lovely, innocent animals like Star here stop having to pay the ultimate price for human beings' savagery and sickness??? I shouldn't have read this at work...I'm having to fight to hold it together.

Rest in peace, pretty Star, you are safe now and will have the afterlife you deserve.
