Have a question on sending things from DK to UK

Hi guys

Need your expertise here...

If I want to send some smoked cows ears from myself to someone in the UK or bring some with me in august would that be allowed?

Or is that illegal goods???

Do anyone know where I can find out, if you cant help???

sorry dont have a clue, but think you would be allowed you are allowed to bring food and stuff so i dont see why not!
