Dog training project help?!?!

okays - i have to do this specialist project for college, i decided to to it on dog training,,, i have written it out - 6 pages so far,, need to do more yet!!

i need a questionnaire to do but i havent clue where to start....
this is where you guys come in.... (pretty please??)

i need to ask questions about experience, how you got into dog training, qualifications, what types of dogs you train, how etc,, as much info as possible...

so if anyone trains a dog (in a training class not your own)!, and could spend 5 minutes thinking of any questions and answers they could id really appreciate it!!!

i will make the titles where appropriate on my project,,

What information are you trying to get? Is is why people go, or what experience they have or what methods seem effective? It would help if we knew the purpose.
