personally wouldnt allow the dog to lick my mouth or my childrens, i think it is disgusting, but everyone is different, as much as i love my dog it's a no, no, she licks our hands thats about it.

I've got a eurasier and she point blank refuses to lick, I'm fine with that, she'll lick my hands if there's been food on them. She goes berserk whenever we return to the house, but as excited as she gets she won't lick, I don't know if this is in the breed or not.

we dont encourage our dogs to lick our faces but sometimes we let them,Mainly if the dog is down or just not well,they do get away with it every morring though when they wake up they kiss me till i wake up their little sods but i love them cant blame them for showing some love

I have to agree to NOOOOOOO to letting max lick my face, i have seen him sat proudly licking his bits, who ever said a dogs tongue is clean id like to know where that theory came from? answers on a postcard please! haha

I dont let flower lick my face (if I can help it!) because I have been told their mouths hold as much bacteria as the underneath of a toilet seat....? Could be a rumour..but after watching Flower eat horse poo, dog poo, slugs, snails and licking her and Willows privates...I think the theory could be true.. xxxx
