Ben and Cassie

Ben my lovely cocker spaniel died May last year, he had a seizure and died with me at home. He hadn't been ill long and was only 9, he was so special to me and I miss him still.
My OH bought me another spaniel a few months later hoping it would help but when she was only 11wks she died.
To say I was heartbroken doesn't even begin to explain the pain.

OMG, that is so sad

I can't even begin to think how difficult that was for you. I hope they found each other at the bridge.

RIP Ben & Cassie xxx

Thank you for the kind words, I can now look back and smile when I think of the time I had with Ben which is a comfort.
The vet thinks poor little Cassie may have choked and it was just an unfortunate accident, it was the first day she had ever been left alone and it was awful finding her.
Poor Charlie really missed Ben too, (even though Ben's nose was really out of joint when Charlie came )

Pam I can empathise having lost my long time companion Amy aged 16 (the little dog in my Avatar picture ) I found a beautiful puppy Millie and devoted months to bonding with and training her. I lost Millie with kidney failure aged 9 months .
Sleep well Ben and Cassie ....
