Help everything has move up

I was dusting my keyboard this morning while my computer was still on and I dont know what I have done but my tool bars have moved up into the screen and cant get them back down again I obiously touched a key, but dont know which one.

Are you IE ..if so go to the menue at the top...click on 'View' and toolbars

ok I have fixed it panick over, I just minimized and pulled done the Blue bar, silly really
