Wolf Hunt in Wisconsin to go ahead!

Basically any method of killing these "savage" beasts goes, from shooting, to clubbing, arrows and even dogs.

Utterly Disgusting.

Wisconsin have just passed a Brutal wolf hunt bill that will allow wolves to be hunted with up to six dogs ...not only are the wolves going to die but the dogs aswell!, the wolves can also be shot,hunted with crossbows,bow and arrows, wolves caught in traps can be clubbed to death....basically anything goes!!

I watched a programme the other week about the wolves being reintroduced into the Yellowstone national park becuae they had been hunted to extinction in the park obvioulsy not totally. They are beautiful intelligent creatures. This is so barbaric.

i couldnt agree more Lynn.....they were reintroduced to Yellowstone and the Northern Rockies in the hope they would breed and re-populate the places where they had been hunted to extinction, unfortunately in these regions their is still an unnatural and ingrained hatred for the wolf and there has been an on going battle between environmental groups and the wolf haters since they were reintroduced...tragically despite all the scientific evidence that proves the wolves have restored the whole eco-system back to health the wolf haters have won, and the Obama administration caved into the panderings of the powerful hunting and ranching lobbies and allowed through a bill to amend the Endangered Species Act to throw these endangered grey wolves off it! ....this now means that even those wolves inside Yellowstone Park are in great peril, if they step outside the park boundaries they can be killed, the remaining wolves can no longer disperse and breed they are trapped within a genetic bottle neck
