Spot, dob 02/14 Male, Staffie

Spot Staffie DOB 02.14 Walthamstow NE London Foster

Spot needs a supportive family to offer time and tolerance to allow their new dog to settle. Spot is a young puppy dog who has been learning to meet dogs without play overtures outside, and has come a long way as he grows in skills. Had concerns over a front shoulder joint but seems to be maturing through as a resolve, as our vet suggested he probably would. May have some terrier in his genetics giving him a playful energy, and explains his focus on cats and small furries. Can live with another dog or as a solo pet. NB Our Rescue asks owners to maintain dogs on lead in public spaces and manage encounters, as dog law changes place dog's lives at greater risk.

Known background: Spot was found stray/ abandoned as a young dog and was unclaimed. We offered Spot a Rescue place. Now neutered, chipped and fully vaccinated. Spot is currently fostered in Walthamstow NE. London

About Spot: Spot is a gleeful, happy chappie. Spot has lived within the pound pack when he arrived as a 6 month pup, Spot has lived within a foster pack and had a lot of input to support him to calm his effervescent enthusiasm and is now a much more settled dog coming into his 2nd year. Spot enjoys companionship and is very happy to share with another dog and loves to play.

Spot is a 1 year old Staffie just building muscle in his second year and their energy is beginning to settle down. Spot is a very happy, inquisitive and interactive Staffie, who loves to play and has learned to meet dogs with manners though still has a little way to go. Currently managing well within a high dog density park. Spot developed a limp in his front leg and our vet investigated and suggested he will probably settle as he matures which is proving the case. Spot is lively, happy and bring his energies under his control well with his fosterers enjoying his character and loving nature.
