You are doing extremely well Mandy but don't go overdoing it now.

I will be over shortly to do your ironing Mandy

This afternoon have got Barry's prescription, walked Teazle again mown the lawn and Barry has cut a camellia bush down a bit - height wise. We have also been watching the Red Arrows fly over and a couple of jet fighters all from the Eastbourne Airshow. More to come tomorrow and Sunday

The weather is doing strange things to plants I have got primulas in flower now I thought these only flowered in the Spring

Sat / Sun they may have planned the historic air display team but I read that a mechanical problem with the Merlin engine has grounded all the Spitfires and Hurricanes until they can sort it out. Modern car engines barely last 10 years so the Merlin is doing well to have lasted 70 years

We had the Red Arrows performing over our house recently as well Fabulous to watch.

I think they are being very careful to make sure the spitfires etc are air worthy because of what happened at Shoreham air show. Makes me sad as my dad was ground crew looking after them in the war. bless you Dad.

Like I said they built engines to last in those days and the ground crew maintained them well without the need for a computer
