With our 3rd daughter, I didn't even know I was pregnant until 20 weeks! No sickness, nothing, my GP had done a blood test as he thought I was starting the menopause early.........he couldn't have been further from the truth! He kindly announced my blood results on Christmas Eve......boy was that a shock!!
