its been over 24 hrs till he has had a fag im really proud of him means im banished to the garden { its raining } when he comes home for the weekend !!!!

Well done Ella's Dad,Im a smoker and really should quit too.My wife quit two years ago and has done brilliantly,she hasn't touched one since.Keep it up Ella's Dad.:smt038

I have always smoked in the garden anyway,as my youngest daughter has asthma.But my firm are now banning us from smoking in the lorries,so its soon going to be that you cannot smoke anywhere,so I might as well use the firms stance as a tool for helping me give up the dreaded weed altogether.

I quit 20 months ago, Kev 16 months ago. It's weird as now we find it hard believing we did smoke!!

Stick with it, you will be glad you did.
