its been over 24 hrs till he has had a fag im really proud of him means im banished to the garden { its raining } when he comes home for the weekend !!!!

i no i smoke to , its going to be hard for me to as i got to go in the garden

I have always smoked in the garden anyway,as my youngest daughter has asthma.But my firm are now banning us from smoking in the lorries,so its soon going to be that you cannot smoke anywhere,so I might as well use the firms stance as a tool for helping me give up the dreaded weed altogether.

Do it, you won't regret it. OH and I are up to almost 16 months and don't even think about it anymore

I quit 20 months ago, Kev 16 months ago. It's weird as now we find it hard believing we did smoke!!

Stick with it, you will be glad you did.
