Hi Emm, Yes looked at the wesite and it is great sent you an email as below, my quiery may help others

I am probably being thick here as usual but I don't understand about collar sizes. If a medium collar is 12"- !6" and you are told to measure the size cos they are made to order, how much adjustability is there in the sizing.
i.e.. How much spare is there bearing in mind with a dog requiring trimming the neck size can vary.
Thank you

Ps. there were a load of collars and leads like yours hanging in the vets, wanted to pinch one

Hi Mini,

The collars I make are made individually to order but they are just like the collars you would buy in the shop as they are completly adjustable from the range stated so a medium size collar would fit any dog that has a neck range between 12 to 19". You are able to adjust the collar by using the adjuster that is built in to the dog collar.

I can't wait for the new updates to arrive!! Now that I've seen in action the feature which indicates whether you have posted in a thread yet or not - I'm missing it whilst going through your pictures! I'm getting impatient!!
