This H/A of our's are appalling

Just went to pop to the shop,saw my friend outside so stopped for a quick chat,she was fuming

She is having her kitchen redone,anyway whilst she was up the school and her ex was there they said they were going now and btw she isn't going to have any cooking facilities over the weekend as we have hit a problem He argued with them and they just left

I knew that the H/A are actually quite disgusting in the way they treat certain tenants,us included but to leave a young single parent of 3 young children without a cooking facilities all weekend is appalling

I've told her to keep ringing the out of hours number to get it resolved asap.

They just don't give a damn do they, what do they expect her to do?? Pot noodles and take aways very healthy, not to mention that we aren't all rolling in spare money to buy extra
