FOOL PROOF CURRY PLEASE

I hate curry!!! But OH and kids love it.I need an easy curry recipe to make that I don't have to 'taste test' :smt078

LOL...he likes the sainsburys ones and the local takeaway but likes home cooked so would occasionaly(and I MEAN OCCASIONALLY) like to oblige

Asda do a nice chinese style curry it tastes very simular its asda's own make.


Or i can give you an easy indian recipe if u like

JEERA CHICKEN

3tsp coriander seeds
4tbsp olive oil
2tsp cumin seeds
2 onions sliced finely
3 fresh green chillies finely chopped
11/2 tsp quick frozen garlic
1/2 tsp freeze dried ginger
6boneless, skinless chix breasts cut into small chunks
1 tsp ground turmeric
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
45g fresh coriander
2 tbsp lemon juice

grind coriander seeds.
Heat oil in non stick wok.
Add the cumin seeds and onions. ry gentlyfor 2-3 mins.
Add the chillies, garlic, ginger and stir well.
Add the chicken, turmeric and salt. Fry gently for 5mins until chicken turns a yellowish colour.
Add the cumin, partially ground coriander seeds and garam marsala.
cover and cook over a medium heat for 10mins, stiring occasionally.
Reserve a few sprigs of fresh coriander to garnish, finely chop the rest. Add the lemon juice and chopped coriander to the wok and stir well.
Serve at once.
