You are so lucky to be able to have all these beautiful birds....

Can you get Mackaws that are Black or am I getting confused with Miner birds?

you can get dark purple macaws but not black
but you can get black cockatoos amanda


and thank you i feel very priveliged to be able to own loads of wonderful birds

The bird that I remember was definately black and used to swear at you as you walked past the market stall (this was years ago) and it was huge. My gt gt grandfather had cockatoos and they were white, and a lot smaller. I'm going to have to buy a book with lots of pictures in, then I'll be able to keep up with you Jackie

they are great talkers but very very messy birds
my hubby has always wanted one of them,but i,m not so keen lol


the little one is still here we haven,t heard from the guy,so the feeding is manic
it is very tiring and very very messy
but i,m loving it
