Adding dried veg to raw food

I have been recently buying dried veg from the rabbit range in PAH for the doggies, 100% brocoli and 100% parsley and mint, treats potato chips and dried carrot chips, I am really suprised how much my 2 like it, especially Inka who turns his nose up at all veggies...
Anyone know of any draw backs to using the dried veg rather than fresh ?

Aren't brocolli and raw potato harmful for dogs? I may be wrong about that. I wonder what method or treatment the veg get to dry them out.

Personally I don't feed any veg to my dogs who are raw fed (beyond occasional scraps from our plates); but know some people feel happier doing so.

I've never heard about Brocoli being bad but have heard about potato being bad...stay away from nightshade veggies as much as possible, thats the rule of thumb I was given
