Tomato Soup
2 lbs Tomato's fresh or 2 tinnes or even a mixture of the two (if fresh you might want to skin them) I dont personally cause I like the bits thru the soup.
1/4 point of stock (chicken, ham, veggie)
basil
oregano
garlic
onion fine chopped
1/4 teaspoon heat stable sweetner or sugar.
place all ingrediants in pot and simmer.....mmmm fab
You can run this thru a blender to make it smoother
and add cream when serving to make it extra special.....
