Why is liver cake a step too far. It is so simple to make.

And you can vary it depending on your dog palate.

ingredients

Liver 1 lb.
flour 1 lb. you can use rice flour
dash of olive oil
2 eggs shells on
splash of milk (I use goats milk)

in a liquidiser and wazz until almost liquid. Place in a baking dish and pop in the oven,
Some people do in the microwave works just as well

Cut into small pieces bag up and freeze

Well I've never tried it because I don't have a liquidiser but I have read that the cleaning out of the liquidiser is not pleasant! And the thought of liquid liver makes me feel a bit sick!

I do make pilchard cake and tuna cake because they just require mashing in a bowl.

I made liver cake and I dont have a liquidizer. I blitzed the liver with my stick blender, but make sure you keep your hand over the top as my kitchen looked like the chainsaw massacre!!!
But it was worth it as it's the best treats I have ever used!!

Its not just the kitchen, forgot the lid altogether...all I shall say is that I used an awful lot of shampoo and conditioner

do you have to cook black pudding?

I might try it with my puppy as he wont eat any of his treats outside, not even hotdog or cheese, or treats he ADORES at home.

Black pudding might work though.

I normally use a rabbit fur ball to motivate him outside but a treat would be handy too.
