Wish I could join some of you in the aversion to spirits, my liver would be so much happier...got it from my Mum...something tasty the health people are promoting right now is sour cherry juice. Very good after a workout.

My dad drinks cherry juice for his gout. So expensive! It's like $7.50 for one LITTLE jar.

Phil, was this some kind of bet? Or some kind of initiation test.
Rather sounds like it. If you managed to drink it you'd win a prize that's if you lived to tell the tale!

Popster, it sure sounds like it. That drink sounds hideous! Perhaps he was feeling brave that night. I'm sure he regretted it.

Had a Root beer drink from one of the macdonald's hamburger places. Surprised to find that it tasted exactly like Germolene Ointment smells, ghastly! Although I can eat bananas whole, when put into a drink all I can think of is they taste like monkey sick!lol!

I hate energy drinks, discussing all of them, hubby likes lucozade that's disgusting too
I don't like many spirits either, except vodka once in a blue moon

Didn't know that Gnasher, a friend of mines sells Aloe stuff might try it to see if it works for me

Ugh, energy drinks...I can't remember the name of the one my daughter used to guzzle. It tasted like pool cleaner and made your hands shake. What fun...

Yeah, they taste like chemicals. Rough stuff. Red Bull is bad, but the Monster kind are the worst. I can deal with Vault, but that's it. Those drinks are so unhealthy, I can't believe how nasty they taste.
