Busy few days!

Phew!

I spent yesterday stock taking, today adding up the totals, and then my Mum and I spent a few hours cleaning.

The shop is pretty dirty, and it took us 2 hours just to do the counter area!

I have a lot of work to do...i'll be having 2 sales - a parrot cage sale, and a dog coat sale! Managers specials...WIGIG (when it's gone it's gone).

We also have to 'spring clean' the whole shop, and buy some white/cream paint to freshen it up in the back, as it's dark blue, and very dull!

Upstairs (stock room/breeding room) needs totally cleaning out. It's about an inch thick in dust and wood shavings! (ok, I'm exaggerating a little bit lol)

I also need to stock up again (the previous owners ran down the stock for me).
They didn't have a good selection of dog toys anyway (just squeaky ones and soft toys), and I want to stock things like kongs etc.

So, up bright and early tomorrow to get there on time - but this week apart from normal staff, I have a work experience boy helping out, which will be good, as theres so much cleaning to do lol

Teagan will be coming on Wednesday (it's only half day).
That will be her probation period, to see if she's well behaved lol

Isochick will be picking her rabbit up soon, probably at the weekend. He's one of the breeding rabbits that I'm retiring, and she has kindly said he can retire to their garden

Wow, thats all for now!

I will update tomorrow after my first day!

Is there a coat in your sale for Max??

Thought about getting him one in advance of winter, so he has no excuse to sulk on the doorstep!

B&Q do cheap tubs of their value white/cream paint, very good value and not bad quality.

I thought that the upstairs was very badly used - you could sort it out and keep so much more stuff up there!

Good luck with it all!

Yep, I'm sure we can find a coat for Max Isochick!
We have some nice leads and collars in too

Thanks Ian!
