shoulder pain

any ideas how to get rid of it?
no idea what i have done.....when but it is killing from the shoulder blade up
only 1 side so you tell me?
must be falling apart bit by bit.

Have you tried any of those deep heat pads you stick on? Cura Heat do a good one that goes over top of your clothing. Deep Heat do one that can go directly on the skin. They will certainly relieve it. Also Ibuprofen tablets.

yeah but i cant get the spray in the right place..............lol
got the cold ones in for the kids but no heat ones... they last for so many hours dont they.
gonna have to take a trip to boots, i hope it doesnt fall off at work can you imagine the looks i would get.........

i get that when i have been carry my shopping i find a hot water bottle helps or a good massage if your lucky can help

Yeah, get the heat ones. I keep a supply in my drawer at work and some at home!
If it's tonight you need something, try the hot water bottle or if you have one, one of those beanie things that go in the microwave.

well oh is at work and i dont trust the kids they will take too much pleasure in it.
only problem is how do i get the bottle to stay in place?
