Eek re son June!! Have you got plenty of dustsheets? I am hoping the weather stays dry - after lunch we are taking Ben out for a very long walk!

Yeah lots of old sheets, but am going to try and do my best with it today. Had the Walk From Hell, but we are home in one piece and Zen has been very very good, coming back when she's called, think every Muppet in the world is out with their dogs, so be careful Nikki. Everyone is thick mud, lots of dry shavings gone in and hoping for dry clean girls by tea time
Now sitting down to a bacon butty and mug of tea

sadly it will be that time of year again...all the eejits will descend to visit relatives with unruly dogs and turn up on your usual walking spots...bah humbug Lol
Actually, not sure if i said but for the first time in 3 years i have a tree of some description up Lol Steve bought one a couple of weeks back and between him and my aunty i have been nagged into it, i went to town wanting to get something tacky...just for my porch but ended up with the same tree as him...it is a white twig tree with colour changing lights and i am very pleased with it

Sounds very festive, Griff. I won't be putting a tree up this year, again because the roll of kitchen flooring is taking up the length of the room. I've got some outdoor battery lights for outside the house and will put them in the garden along the fence and around my archway.
I didn't think this weekend would be too bad actually, but Zen spent a lot of it being called back and put onlead as she wants to play with all these dogs and you can tell the people are petrified. Mabs is very good and stays with me and I keep Kesh onlead usually on a Saturday anyway unless its deserted, Zen is quite safe to run loose, but I know she does look scary when she comes running up, several people have told me that she does look like a REAL wolf Hoping the river is lower next weekend and we'll go on there out of harms way

Sorry the walk was a nightmare June.
griff those twig tree's are pretty.

Well part of the cupboard sawn off for dishwasher to go in next to sink. Gorden now at screwfix getting a new waste outlet. Not sure where the contents of the cupboard are going to go.
We found evidence of rats having lived under the cupboard there to but we knew that we nailed wood along where there were gaps and stuffed wire wool everywhere a couple of years ago.
The evidence is very old. Really do not know how they lived here they must of known they were in and out of the house and not done anything about it.
Two young children here to.
The actual cupboard floors are about 2-3 inches off the floor and they were somehow travelling along there from somewhere. We have found the wiring for the electric cooker goes along the wall there we are lucky we haven't problems with that too.

We don our snotty yachty waterproof salopets and wellies so stay nice and dry!

Sounds like quite a major undertaking! Especially in cold winter weather. That would need fortitude. Hat's off to you!

I suppose you might say we take the easy way out. We started out giving him a bath in the bath. But he was not abundantly happy with that.

Now we take him to a groomer. She is excellent, has all the right kit, and her prices are very reasonable. Max loves the pampering and comes out smelling like a - well, excellently.

We usually time the appointment to be around lunch time so that my wife and I can have a nice leisurely lunch.

i will try to upload a photo of my tree, it's not the best, the photo Steve sent me of his is brilliant..his living room is dark and you can see how pretty the tree is
TW, i wouldn't mind any of your girls running at me, i don't mind any dog provided the owner will call them back if mine gets upset or if Deags grumbles
Lynn, i hope you manage to find a home for all the stuff in the cupboard. Do you know, people amaze me at how they know there is an issue but will not deal with it, why ignore it...especially a rat issue, they do so much damage
Besoeker, we do the same, all ours as pups get bathed, they then get use to being in the bath and regardless as to whether they like it or not it must be done Lol especially my youngest, she is on weekly baths at the moment and there is no way o this earth that i could afford to send her to someone to get her bathed
Just been out for our walkies...both girls were well behaved and no numpties about...yay!!!
