I watch Emmerdale and Corrie (I record them then watch them when I go to bed, they send me to sleep )
I watch documentaries but not much else.
I avoid X Factor and Strictly like the plague.

H I have been trying to explain to hubby why I don't like the blonde bit in Strictly, you have just hit the nail on the head
