Vodaphone Apparently the last upgrade I had was put on a 18 months agreement!!! I do not recall ever signing any agreement!!!

They say I can't do anything with my contract until May! been with them for 8 years so will seriously consider going elsewhere or cancelling

Apparently that works with sky tv too.
You phone them to cancel, which takes the usual 28/30 days. In the meantime they ring you back to ask why and you can bargain them down.

We are with 3 - will try that when the contract is due up Good idea!

Did you know you can request to be notified of deals that Sky have? We did this and they are always offering us great deals like the full package for only £26 per month We also got an offer at Christmas that was fab.

Next time you need to speak to them ask to be told of new deals, so worth it
