Problem AGAIN lol

Im having trouble changing my avatar i wanted a flashing like willowishes and not sure how lol as i say im rubbish with computers Any ideas??

You need to create an animated gif, using one or more photos and a gif animation tool.

Make the photos you upload no bigger than 60 x 60 pixels though, the avatar needs to be no larger file size than 6kb.

This one is the right size 60 x 60 pixels and just over 5k

Correction - Control Panel says 60 x 60 pixels, max file size 3.9 Kb.
