Completed for my two. I think you might get a skewed sample from Dogsey, as people on here tend to be pretty well-informed and well-intentioned about their dogs. Are you using the survey on other dog-owners?

I completed mine in about 5 minutes, was I quicker than most?

The question re. was exercise affected by health was good, glad you added it.

Good luck

Done. But like others I don't see the relevance of my income. I was expecting more questions about what I feed, how much and how often, plus more questions about the type of exercise my dog has. Couldn't really see that my age, sex, weight and income would have any relevance to my dog's weight and general wellbeing.

Ditto, I've completed the survey but had the same thoughts as you.

I've answered for my bitch but didn't answer the income question. Could do one for my dog but he's slightly overweight at the moment as he's been on cage rest for a bad leg & I forgot to adapt his food to less excercise. This means it would give a false impression at present.
Found the table scraps treats question a problem too as mine have treats for training purposes. Table scraps varies but you give no indication what kind of treat or snack.Mine have the skin off the cucumber & courgettes often & always carrots to go to bed but don't think this is what your survey is getting at.
