when we lived in the country we had a phesant in our garden, he used to stay in there when the shoot was on, was funny watching 1 adult cat n 2 kittens stalk it LOL and i knew it was the same phesant cause he had a limpy type walk. we called him pete,

The cock pheasant (Roast) is for our Sunday lunch.

The hen has been jointed and put in the freezer. Anybody any good recipes ?

Have a look at the game to eat website where you will find tons of good recipes for game. Think it's www.gametoeat.co.uk but if it isn't, google.

We use pheasant in place of chicken so have all sorts - sweet and sour pheasant, pheasant curry, pheasant fajitas, etc etc lol.
