home cooked food

i was reading up things about home cooked diet for dogs and i tought i understand it enough to prepare a meal for my dogs.
but then... i calculated that both dogs should get 220g of meat. now is this raw weight or cooked weigt?
220g raw turns into 145g of cooked

what about carbohydrates? shoul i take 150g of cooked rice or 150g raw rice?

anyone knows of any online calculators to calculate the ammounts i should feed? ....again ...

As far as I believe it is cooked weight of meat and rice. Our vet gave us a guide sheet and it stated that it was always cooked weight.
Some other more experienced doggy nutritionists might disagree but that is what we were told.
Hope it helps and good for you for giving your dog home cooking but there are VERY GOOD foods on the market and your vet would be only too glad to help steer you in the right direction
