Cassie - 9month old - staffy

Cassie is a 9 month old brindle and white staffy pup, she has had little to no training, has a baldy back legs and bum area and a sore looking spot on her bum aswell (you will see the pics) she is another dog that mum aquired, the owner had zero time for her

she is lovely, but extremely hyper, good with dogs, but needs to be introduced first and is overly interested in playing with the cats (this will all be worked on) not fully housetrained (though again will be worked on, aswell as trying to get some basic commands)

if interested in this gorgeous ickle girl please contact either myself or shrap on here as shrap will be "fostering" her

her baldy bits

and the sore looking bit

Oh she's lovely! Do you think the baldy bits are skin allergy or just wrong food?

we are not sure at the minute, it could be a number of things really,

at the minute we think it could be stress but wont know for sure until she see's a vet, she came from a home that had lots of other pets as well as 2 young kids.

but as i say until she see's the vet we just dont know

I will take her to the vet on Monday - her sore is healing anyway by the looks of things and hair is regrowing in her baldy patches.

She is absolutely fantastic though. I've never known a dog as cuddly as her. When we're out she likes to run around with dogs and she likes to rip the bark off of sticks. She even flips them over to make sure she got it all! Her recall needs working on (non existent lol) - I'm sure it won't take long though. She is so eager to please and will do anything for a bit of doggy choc or chicken or cheese.... Food in general.

Doesn't seem to have any food aggression, when you walk towards her she'd rather come and say hello than finish her food :O

Takes food SO gently and is really pretty good on the lead.

Crate training is coming along nicely, started from scratch today (although I know she was in a crate at Lisa's mum's for a short period of time. I managed to clean the kitchen and make a sandwich today while she was crated, just popped through calmly every few minutes to give her a treat and reassure her I'm not gone. Hoping to extend the time between visits gradually.

For me when in the house all she's wanted to do was cuddle!

Housetraining: we haven't had any accidents here, tbh, foolishly or not I trust her! She has taken me to the door a few times and gone to the toilet straight away when out.

She must have just not been taken out enough before.

Can't think if I've missed anything.... Oh yes, pics
