Dog with bloated snout, bumps on skin, and vomiting

Here are my female lab's symptoms

Friday morning-severely swollen snout
Friday night-swelling on snout went down, bumps on skin appear, acting energetic and eating, but threw up stomach contents

Saturday morning-swelling on snout was almost completely gone, bumps have gone down, acting energetic and eating
Saturday night -swelling on snout and bumps are gone, threw up once during the night

Sunday night-threw up liquid (so she probably threw up her food but we didn't see it, still acting energetic (running around and playing)

It is Monday morning. Should I wait to see if this passes (like all her other symptoms) or should I take her to a vet?

I would at least ring the vet and ask. I would take her temperature first and check her gums for capilliary refil. Sounds like she has been stung and/or eaten something poisonous or obstructive. I would have tried to get her to vets sooner.

I think she must have been stung, might have been wasps.. if all symptoms have gone, I would not worry to much but maybe a trip to the vet just to have her checked over.. I have had my dogs with wasp stings many times and always panic but they get over it. always check inside the mouth though.. hope she is ok now x

Sounds like a reaction to something I'd ring vets for advice
