Monkey World

Has anyone been there? Is it good?
Charly and I are thinking of treating ourselves to a weekend down there in May so if you can recommend anywhere not too expensive too stay we would be grateful.

I went after attending the Great Dorset Steam Fayre so can't recommend anywhere to stay unless a tent is ok for you?

I haven't been there although I keep promising my self.
I watched the programme on the TV and cried for Jim Cronin when he died. Such a nice man.

We've been a few times. You will love it! Its so lovely to see all the apes and monkeys enjoying their new lives, after what most of them have come from. Try and make the orangutan talk. The stories of naughty girl Amy will have you in stitches!

we have been and is very good. love the area as its only about an hour away from us so we use it for short breaks. we have stayed at wareham - lookout caravan park is very good and also in swanage area. look out for the ponderosa farm on the road to swanage. there is also a brilliant steam railway and corfe castle which are worth visiting
