need a moan

well ive had a bad day , have been out to assess a dog and just couldnt leave him there , the lovely, kind, dog loving people that say they care, opened the door to me full of joy and asked if i would help rehome thier dog. Best just say he's safe with us [ the RWA] now. Meet Bruno 6 yr old, all 24 kilo of him........... truth ?, 18 kilo's under wieght , starving to death , dirty , living out doors , and never walked . Yet the most loving old fella you would love to meet, with eyes that cry out
I DIDDN'T ASK FOR THIS .

this is the width of his back and hips

skin and bone

please note this fella is NOT UP FOR ADDOPTION , he will need to be with us a couple of months untill we sort him out. I just needed to moan, sorry guys.

You have every right to have a moan poor dog, no wonder you get angry at the ignorance of some people especially thosewho fprofess to be looking after their dogs. Hope he gets weight on and improves sure he will now he is in your care.

Oh not another one, i fetched 5 springers form kennels that supposedly cared at the weekend, needless to say they were filthy stinky messes.I am fed up with people at the moment and helpless at the sheer amount of dogs coming in to rescue, Nessr has took 9 springers in this week all under 2,

Poor dog,why do people have them if they don't know what they are doing.Surely you can see if a dog is underweight or overweight. He obvioulsy didn't have regular trips to the vet.
Thats a lot of Springers Lizzy23 obvioulsy people not doing their research on the breed again.

hi
he has had a full check up from the vets and theres no obvious signs of illness , we will get a a better idea when the results of all blood tests are back, but indications show its just malnutrition [sp]. will let you know in a few weeks how he is doing
