She looks so sad but given time with you and Pat she will soon be looking happy.
At 5-6 months old I doubt she has had any time to feel like a puppy.

Bless her, I can look at her body and think ouch! poor girl but that look in her eyes broke my heart

Awe poor girl! I've had way worse mange pups and dogs (think maggots...) and they have come through it ok. She'll be just fine She's going to be GORGEOUS!

Mange I assume - exacerbated by poor feeding / poor hygeine / stress?
What is wrong with people? A trip to the vet doesn`t cost that much.
