Is anyone able to help a Staffy in Margate?

Hi there, is anyone in the Margate area able to help a Staffy in need? I've been contacted by a friend who is having to move house in 8 weeks and is unable to take their much loved family pet "monster" (no reflection on his personality) with them and are looking for a new home for him or a non destruction policy rescue centre. He is 6 years old, male - neutered. Fantastic with young children (lives with a 1 year old), no cats, and checking how he is with other dogs (TBC). Can anyone help?

I've sent a message to Second Chance in Crockenhill. I have some contacts for Rescue Remedies, was thinking of getting in touch with them and possible Doris Banham? I have a few contacts on the staffy forum that do a lot of bits with rescues and I've asked them to put some feelers out. Am hoping very much I can find him a home without him falling into the rescue loop - high hopes I know!
