on your first picture you have three conections the wireless the lan andthe 1394 firewire

THE WIRLESS LEAVE AS IT IS

the other two disable by marking it with the mouse right button disable OK

THE FIREWALL DISABLE and restart your computer it should then find the wireless connection won`t have much choice will it

Mine does this sometimes, I unplugged the wireless router, wait for 5 minutes then plug it back in......refresh the network list and 9 times out of 10 it works.
