Sprained Ankle

We have been so busy lately trying to get this house something like after our recent fire,that's coming together nicely so whilst the sun was shining a rare occasion lol we decided to sit out in the garden at lunchtime,have a bite to eat and a quick beer,anyways instead of walking around and down the step I stepped off the 3ft patio onto the grass and went over on my right ankle,

Same ankle I badly sprained a few years ago and ended up on crutches,it's not as bad as then but it's swollen and painful And I had a bottle of Carlsberg in my hand and nope I didn't drop it or spill any
