Antique? Arm chairs Anyone Who can help?

Does anyone on here know anything about old arm chairs.

Charly and Ash were given a pair of old arm chairs today. I think they are antique as they have what looks like an intricately hand carved frame and the upholstery which is amazing condition is held on with like these brass studs.
They are very comfy but I have never seen anything like them before.
I may be totally wrong and they may be nothing. Does anyone know anything about chairs on here or know anyone I could send photos too that could tell me more about them.
