This is my Molly, watching me make a throw for our then new bedroom. She curled up on that newspaper for the whole time I was stitching snowflakes onto a throw for the bed, bless her

She was my life

Nippy

The fact that I use her name as my forum name shows you how much I thought of her

She could run like the wind which was why we called her Nippy. She was a Whippet x Beardie

Embarrassingly, yes, that is me with her. Gosh was I ever that young ?

This is Mac 23/06/1998 - 21/07/2012

This was taken a few weeks before he died

He always got in a state! And was such a character.

Big sticks were his forte.

He was my best friend and love of my life, I will never forget him. We went through so much together. He was my soul dog.

Beautiful dogs everyone they all look incredibly special... and if I manage to pull it off we will honour each and every one of them in that site I keep going on about (where we raise money for dog charities). Anyway here's some of Rocky...

Earliest photo from his breeder (he's the one on the left)

First day home!

In the garden

Him after playing with his first friend!

Who was a Collie called Taffy

Floppy ear

2nd best friend, Jim the JRT

With his third best friend - Henry the Beagle

One of those treasured moments - I called and he came! And he was so proud of himself

Posing

Posing again

Ok I better stop here there are millions of pics I miss him so much

Oh all these lovely, much adored and hugely missed dogs. This is a sad thread, but also rather an uplifting one in a funny sort of way. Some of us have new characters to love and have a journey with, but we will never ever forget those that went before.

I have no photos on the computer of our first dog Ben, but Bitz will forever have a huge chunk of my heart even if she was an evil so and so

I have a box full of photographs of my Griffons and all the pups - but none scanned onto my computer and I think I prefer them where they are. Such a very long time ago now.

But this - the first photograph I took of Little One as I had been without a camera for many years before - it is the picture I have as the wallpaper on my computer and I have a framed copy on the wall.

My much loved and much missed Little One - my Lexi
