How to put a password on pc?

Okay...i have been trying and trying, but for the life of me can't remember how to put a password on the computer-any help please?

Try >Control Panel>User Accounts>change user account

You should be able to do it there

Luke try in your user accounts area in the Control Panel, this will allow you to set up a password on your user account

EDITops....posted at same time and at least we gave the same answer....great minds

If you want to put a password on the whole pc, so when you start it it asks for a password then you need to press F2 on start up

If you want to put a password on your account on the pc then follow novavizz's instructions
