I can't comprehend people who do this and to make matters worse they were dumped half a mile from the rescue centre. some people hey! hopefully they will all go to good homes.

Shocking,thank goodness they were found in time to give treatment and save.I hope they all find wonderful homes after such a terrible start in life.
